First 48 Hours

• Keep the treated area clean and dry — avoid touching it unnecessarily.
• Do not apply lotions, oils, or makeup to the area.
• Mild redness and tightness are normal for the first day or two.
• Avoid workouts, sweating, and direct sunlight.

Days 3–7

• Gently cleanse with fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water.
• Apply a thin layer of the recommended healing ointment or unscented moisturizer twice daily.
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate — allow dryness to shed naturally.

Weeks 2–4

• Continue moisturizing daily to support new skin regeneration.
• Avoid tanning beds, retinol, and exfoliating acids until fully healed.
• Once healed, apply SPF 30+ daily to protect treated skin.
